L'appartement est bien conçu. Il est spacieux, aéré et doté de toutes les commodités, chauffage, climatisation, TV, Internet, Machines à laver le linge, la vaisselle, sèche linge etc... Il faudrait prévoir des plats pour le four.
Le seul petit défaut à notre sens est l'exiguïté de la salle de bains. Quoi qu'il en soit, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Une dernière précision, les commerces a proximité de l'appartement sont très appréciables. Vous pouvez avoir du pain frais (et bon) tous les jours, du café chaud et en fait, tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Montreal near intersection Amherst&Ontario

Very nice place! Location is well situated to reach everything you want to see in Montreal by walking. If you don't want to walk, the main metro-station Berri-Uquam is just 5 minutes away. The same is true for a supermarket, pharma-prix, SAQ, bars and nightlife on St.-Catherine. The apartment is located above a furniture store with a private entrance and no one living above. So you literally have this place for yourself! Amherst street can be a little bit noise. The place has a dishwasher, washer, dryer and is fully eqiuipped with everything you need. Owner is very nice and handles everything professionally. Highly recommended!

l'appartement était très bien situé,la décoration a l'image de la boutique tenue par les propriétaires et très bien situé.
Quelques bémols:la seconde chambre est en fait une soupente et un meilleur aménagement serait nécessaire.Il n'y a pas eu d'arrangement possible pour supprimer une nuit bien que nous ayons prévenus à l'avance mais c'était dans le contrat évidemment.
