Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 4 jours-3nuits dans ce magnifique appartement. Il est très confortable, d'une propreté irréprochable et les espaces ont été utilisés intelligemment.Tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires sont présent, rien ne manque. Les draps, les serviettes et les torchons sont fournis ce qui n'est pas négligeable. Nous avons été vraiment bien reçus par Jean Denis qui est adorable. Il nous a donné tous les conseils utiles pour visiter Paris et s'est mis à notre disposition. Adresse à conseiller fortement. Que des points positifs. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir dès que l'occasion se présentera.

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Jean-Denis. L'appartement est propre, confortable et bien tenu. Bien que situé dans un quartier populaire, il est près des transports en commun et constitue un excellent peid-à-terre pour un séjour à Paris.

Nous venons de passer un séjour très agréable en famille (3 nuits)dans ce charmant petit appartement calme, propre et confortable. Rien à redire. Le propriétaire est sympa et disponible. Beaucoup de petits commerces à proximité ainsi que plusieurs stations de métro dont une à 2 minutes à pied !

Très bel appartement, très lumineux et moderne, équipement tout à fait conforme à la description. Situation idéale pour visiter Paris, à pied ou en métro (proche métro République), nombreux commerces à proximité.
Mais surtout un accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire, d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité incroyables. JD nous a donné tous les renseignements et l'aide nécessaires pour faire de notre séjour une réussite !

Wij hadden een heel prettig verblijf in het appartement van Jean-Denis.
Zeer vriendelijke host en een zeer net appartement.
Genoeg winkeltjes in de buurt en je kunt lopen naar het centrum.

The apartment is big enough for four people, clean and very cute! The zone is neither isolated nor noisy, and the building is really very close to the metro station (2 minutes by foot).. Enjoy it!

Het appartement is gunstig gelegen op 5 minuten loopafstand van de Place de la République. Zeer proper opgeleverd door vriendelijke eigenaar, die ook heeft gezorgd voor een handig kaartje met daarop de belangrijkste winkels in de directe omgeving: bakkerij, supermarkt, post, geldautomaat... Metrostation en bushaltes op minder dan 3 minuten.
Niet te vergeten: zo gauw je de poort aan de kant van de straat bent doorgelopen, kom je terecht in een oase van rust. Niks onrustige hotelbewoners of lawaaierige auto's: in dit appartement kom je echt aan je nachtrust toe. In twee woorden: niet twijfelen!

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement avec des amies et nous sommes ravies de cette location. L'appartement est moderne, bien agencé et se trouve dans un quartier vivant et bien situé. De plus l'accueil du propriétaire est chaleureux. Nous envisageons déjà d'y séjourner de nouveau dans les mois prochains lors de nos futurs séjours à Paris.

Grâce à cet appartement situé au coeur de Paris, proche des commerces et des stations de métro ou de bus, un week-end en famille très réussi. Très propre, lumineux, bien équipé, bien conçu, c'est un endroit agréable à habiter dans lequel on se sent à l'aise. La cour intérieure assure le calme. L'accueil est chaleureux.

We had a wonderful time in the beautiful apartment of Jean-Denis. You'll find everything you need and the apartment is super clean. Jean-Denis is the perfect host and gave us all the information needed. The subway (metro) is 3 minute’s walk, in the neighborhood you find also a bakery, supermarket and lots of nice cozy bars and restaurants. The avenue Parmentier is a safe street. Jean-Denis reserved us a private parking place for the car for 20 EUR /day.
We surely go back in the future and we want to thank Jean-Denis.

Superbe accueil de Jean-denis très disponible pour ses hôtes. L'appartement situé au calme dans une cour est bien agencé et très propre. Les lits sont de très bonne qualité.

nous avons loué cet appart avec notre bébé et tout s'est merveilleusement bien passé. L'immeuble est très joli et propre, l'appart également, très bien insonorisé et isolé, très bien équipé, fonctionnel, joliment décoré, spacieux ... bref que du bon ! nous avons l'habitude d'aller à l'hotel mais avons essayé la location car nous avons un bébé maintenant et cet appart sera notre pied à terre parisien !!! je le recommande sans hésitation. Le propriétaire est également très sympas, disponible, accueillant ...

Very nice place, clean, well equipped and comfortable. I consider it is quite small for 5 persons but for sure it is ideal for 2 persons and good for 4. The location was convenient as it is very close to the metro. The owner is extremely open and communicative. I recommend it! I would come back to this same location on my next visit.

We enjoyed an excellent stay at this lovely apartment in Paris! The owner, Jean-Denis, is very helpful and we had no problems whatsoever! The apartment is in a great location for the Metro at Republique which has numerous lines passing through it. As two young females we found the apartment and the area to feel safe. As well as the double bed upstairs, there was a pull out bed in the living area which was very comfortable. The apartment was equipped with everything you would need. We would highly recommend a stay here!

Todo muy correcto y limpio. El apartamento muy bien diseñado, acogedor, silencioso y bien comunicado para disfrutar París. El propietario encantador y muy servicial. Los trámites claros y muy rápidos a través del correo electrónico. La reserva adicional del aparcamiento muy recomendable, pues es difícil aparcar en la zona. Volveremos sin duda a intentar reservar este apartamento en futuros viajes.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Jean-Denis, avec nos 3 enfants âgés de 12 à 6 ans. Non seulement l'accueil est chaleureux mais les lieux sont aussi très appréciables (très propres et confortables, pratiques et de très bon goût). Le logement est facile d'accès tant par le métro que par le bus. Il y a des petits commerces qui permettent des courses sur la semaine, des restos... Le quartier est très calme et le logement l'est encore plus puisqu'il donne sur une petite cour calme. Toutes les qualités requises pour un séjour familial.

Close to metro, a lot of restaurants near by, and grocery store. My sons said the sleeper sofa was the most comfortable they had ever slept on. We had 5 people, bed upstairs, sleeper sofa downstairs. Was able to have breakfast in, also made quick dinners a couple of nights with fully equipped kitchen. Host was very nice and helpful, even arranged for transportation back to the airport. We would love to return and stay again at this wonderful apartment

Nous avons séjourné chez Jean-Denis les 16 et 17 juin 2011. L'appartement est très bien situé près de la Place de la République, à deux pas du métro et autobus. Très propre, calme, lits et canapé confortables, cuisine bien équipée : de l'espace sans se bousculer pour notre famille de 5.

Great location near Republic Metro station plus very clean and modern flat, makes this a nice find in Paris. Additional benefits are very quiet location yet access to some nice restaurants, local grocery market only steps out the front door. The owner is a great host - very friendly and accommodating,stocked the flat with all one needs, and is happy to provide helpful tips on getting the most out of your stay. Personally, would stay here again without hesitation.

As soon as you walk through the door,you feel like home, My friends and I fall in love with this place stright away!The flat is well located in the heart of Paris,brand new and very cute! Landlord Jean is so friendly and welcoming making it a truly enjoyable experience.
We had such a wonderful time here and I know next time if I'll come to Paris I will definitely stay here again. Would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Lovely, bijou apartment in a nice quarter. Jean Denis could not have been more helpful. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and he not only booked a restaurant for us but also arranged flowers and champagne on our arrival. Merci Jean Denis.

Accueil très chaleureux pour cet havre de paix en plein Paris. Idéalement situé, cet appartement est très bien conçu, très propre et possède tout le confort. Idéal aussi pour y travailler entre nos RDV professionnels. Alternative avantageuse à l'hôtel.

I stayed here in November for a girls weekend away and had an amazing time!
The owner was so helpful and answered any question we had for him, very kind and polite.
The apartment is very clean and modern and in a safe area, with lots of bars, restaurants around and within walking distance to the Metro and tourist spots.
I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone and would like to think I would definitely return one day.
