Modern apartment with 2 bedrooms. Beautiful sea view and direct private access to the beach. From the apartment and surrounding garden you have an astonishing view of the Italian and Slovenian Adriatic gulf which extends from Strugnan,Trieste and Grado. In the back you may see the Slovenian and Italian Alps. The apartment is part of a two apartment single house with own parking lot and 250 square meter garden with sea view. Beach access is directly from the garden. The garden is equipped with a small barbeque outdoor table chairs and deckchairs. There are also a trampoline, slide and children’s kitchen.
the apt is fully equipped: air condition, dishwasher; washing machine, oven flat screen tv (international channels), Wi-Fi access. One bed room has a king size bed and 2 separate beds in the other.
the beach is a beautiful rocky and pebble beach ideal for children.
On the beach there are a children playground, beach bars, market, diving school etc.
the location is ideal for sea diving also for novices.
the house is located 40 meters above the sea in a very attractive and quiet place. From the house you can reach the old city of Piran center in 10 minutes walking. The bus stop for Portoroz in just on top of the street. By car Portoroz is reachable in 3 minutes or 25 minutes walking.
