Charvillat is a partly renovated original farm in the Auvergne district dated from 1860 on a 6600 m² estate,extremely private and peaceful. It is situated on the border of the district (hameau) Charvillat at a distince of 3 km from St-Gervais d'Auvergne.
the large courtyard is enclosed by a bakery (fournil), a large barn (grange) and 2 dwellings with connecting barn extensions. One of the properties has been renovated into a beautiful cottage .
the farm is situated 698 m. Above sea level with an exclusive view from the courtyard. The property sleeps up to 4 people (maybe 5)
