Faster by air: Ryanair, Easy Jet and British Airways fly daily to Alicante and/or Valencia at very attractive prices. Both airports connect well to Jalon by motorway (one hour drive). From the airport it is easy and economical to rent a car.
Having a car at your disposal on the Costa Blanca is a must anyway.
