We stayed in this house the first 2 weeks of August 2012. During the stay, the landlord was very friendly and helpful. We thought that we had found a perfect house for our holidays. Which we did, until we asked for the reimbursement of our rental deposit. Suddenly, the landlord came up with all types of damages, broken stuff... Yes, we broke a glass and stepped on a plant, but damage for € 200? Never. I even asked for pictures of the damage but did not get any answer. This is just a way for the landlord to raise his rental price and his profit. For us, it's too late, we probably will never see our money back, but I hope that by posting this, others will be saved from this shame!

The stay in Casa di mama was a great experience. We were two grown up couples sharing the appartment. The appartment itself is ok standard, one of the dobbel beds are onley 120 cm and therefore narrow for two persons.The quality of the beds are good. Kitchen is ok, but only equipped for preparing simple food. No dischwasher. There is Wi-Fi in the appartment, but we did not manage to get in to it - maybe mis interpreting some of the letter on the code? We were connected to internet through an old PC. The bathroom with a shower works good, and the toilet is on the balcony -a little odd as the village administration is across the very narrow road. TV is awailable - we only used it for the football final -it worked fine.
Cervione is a small town and there is a small shop where all necessities are awailable, a wery good bakery, some bars and a realy good resturant with reasonable prices. The church is nice and there was conserts arraged in it when we where there. Our negative remarks on Cervione was that a few dogs were living in the street and the shit after them was not removed. You should have a car awailable when you stay in cervione. The parking in Cervione is free and we found a parking place.
The atmosphere in Cervione is nice and people are polite and greating even us - the strangers.

We enjoyed Paris, the apartment’s view was good, the kitchen was reasonably equipped. Some things in the apartment were disappointing, hairdryer, alarm radio and stereo didn’t work, shower drain blocked. Some of the renovation work was not completed. More user friendly storage for clothes would be good. The contract agreement was ‘not honoured’ by the owner by refusing to accept the Euro Cheque payment initially requested by her. The overall cost to raise the cheque and then to retrieve it put us out of pocket to the tune of AUS$262.- which was disappointing.(we exchanged many emails documenting proof, with no resolve other than a token $20.-Euro contribution towards our costs)
We suggest future users make sure that the financial arrangements agreed to will be adhered to by the owner.

We have recently stayed in this apartment and although it is well priced, we found it to be basic in what it contained.

Very little in cooking equipment,no frying pan or microwave and little cutlery provided. Only a top sheet and one blanket per bed provided. The main living area is not airconditioned but does have ceiling fans.

The bathrooms are basic and the airconditioning units from the bedrooms drip water overflow into the bathrooms causing the floor area to often be wet.

The owner of the apartment is very helpful when problems arise.

We really enjoyed our stay at Natea's house! It has a stunning view. The house is clean and spacious. The big living room is very comfortable and beautifully decorarated. Natea is a friendly and helpful host. We'd love to come back again.

We came here for rest and recuperation and found it bigtime. Some lovely local walks and within easy reach of many beautiful and historic towns.
The gite itself is very comfortable and the owners most helpful and accommodating. Would definitely return.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this house and it was just as charming as before. Everything was spotless and comfortable and the small, enclosed garden is lovely. There is an undercover area so that you can bar-b-q whatever the weather. Across the road is a beautiful park and the town of Descartes although small has a good selection of shops and a great market on Sundays.

A very nice and cozy typical french house in a lovely village. The house was clean and well equipped. We spent many happy hours in the lovely backyard. The owner's were very friendly and helpful. I can surely recommend the house if you want a quiet holiday.

Excellent location with views of mountains, the estuary and the sea.

Cocooning is a lovely comfortable holiday cottage in a good location, opposite a pretty park and easy walking distance of the town centre. It offers all the comforts of home with every modern convenience you could possibly need for a great holiday. The main bedroom has a superbly comfortable king size bed with a memory foam mattress. There is a small enclosed and private courtyard garden (still work in progress) with table, chairs, sun loungers and barbecue. It was very clean and comfortable, offered superb value for money and we would not hesitate to visit again.
