Villas Duplex
constructed in the Spanish colonial style, using selected local materials, every care has been taken to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Hauts de Petite Anse a place where quality comes at a very reasonable price.
sleeping Accommodation
main bedroom on the mezzanine is a large well equipped area furnished in the natural wood style of the islands with air conditioning, safe, tv and a 180/200cm Queen sized bed which can be split into two beds of 90/200, linen provided.
dining Area
the Duplex Villas give you the choice of eating on the deck or indoors in the kitchen area. There is a small bar area whey you can take breakfast or relax in the evening over cocktails with your friends. The plancha grill in the outside area is great for bbq’s.
relaxation area
each Duplex Villa has a closed and secure relaxing area consisting of a garden lounge and extension amid the trees where you can swing back and forth in the gentle breeze while enjoying a Ti’ Punch (the national drink of Martinique based on rum and lime – delicious!) Or simply taking in the relaxing atmosphere.
fixtures and Fittings
the villas are regularly modernised and this year there are new eco washing machines, new led Televisions, new hobs in the kitchens. Outside there are new grills and garden furniture on the terrace.
extras
private parking, beach equipment, equipment for children, HiFi system, ice box… the Hauts de Petite Anse provide a lot more than basic accommodation, and we hope you will be pleasantly surprised by the added extras to make your stay even more pleasant.

petite Anse is a small and quiet fishing village in the district of Anses d’Arlet situated a few kilometres south of the actual village of Anses d’Arlet, like a village within a village between the Diamant and the Trois Ilets . The whole district is extremely attractive in a quiet and delightfully natural setting and the atmosphere is typical of Martinique where the people are charming and tranquillity is king.
the actual Villas of “Hauts de Petite Anse ”are situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty overlooking the bay, where the building of large holiday complexes which can spoil the natural beauty of the landscape has not been allowed.

in the village you will find a post office, a small supermarket, a few shops and a fish market supplied by local fishermen, while nearby you can enjoy playing golf in the Trois Ilets, walking in the fabulous hills, horse riding, or taking the boat to Fort de France. A must do trip is up the Diamant rock just south of the Petite Anse where there are two magnificent views over the Diamant and Sainte-Anne, it is also the start of the superb walk up Morne Larcher mountain.
the warm crystal clear waters of the bay, are full of tropical fish, and turtles, ideal for swimming or snorkelling, and when you leave the beach don’t forget to buy a home made Coco ice cream, it is delicious made by a very nice South Caribbean Doudou (an endearing Creole patois term meaning “my darling”.)
