A great location to either relax or explore Lanquedoc-Rousillon

This is our second year staying at this villa in Lespignan... which indicates how much we like it. It is large, spacious, modern and clean with a huge terrace overlooking a large, well-kept, enclosed garden. Andree has thought of every convenience to help make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. It is just 15 minutes from the Mediterranean providing many locations where you can relax next to the sea, or visit the fishing/shellfish producing villages for fresh seafood. And what else...access to a wide variety of good wines. There is so much to see close by. We would suggest the Thursday market in Narbonne. Beziers and Pezanas are both worth a two or three hour visit. The medieval fortress of Carcasonne is less than an hours drive. We would heartily recommend to anyone to take some time and spend a week or two here. Andree is a phenomenal host and makes sure that you're not lacking for anything. You will enjoy staying there.

We had the good fortune to stay in Andrée's terraced apartment in May of this year and would heartily recommend it to anyone, especially those with reduced mobility. It is a modern, clean, bright and well appointed apartment with a shaded terrace for outside living. If we needed any information or guidance, Andrée was always available to help us. Lespignan is ideally situated about 15 minutes from the sandy beaches of the Mediterranean and about 90 minutes from the Spanish border. It's location is perfect for touring the vineyards of the Midi and Languedoc. There is a small, modern elevator that serves both of the apartments at the terraces. We plan on staying there again.
