Un peu plus vieillot que sur les photos, néanmoins appartement très agréable. Particulièrement lumineux et profitant d'une large vue sur la plage toute proche, accueil très sympathique

Le point fort de cet appartement et la vue et l'emplacement: près du centre mais au calme, face à la mer. Le tram, la laverie, la boulangerie sont à deux pas. possibilité de parquer la voiture gratuitement non loin de l'appartement. Nombreuses animations l'été: marché, feux d'artifices... l'endroit est très "familial": nous y avons passé 2 semaines agréables avec nos 4 enfants. L'appartement est très simple mais fonctionnel. Nous avons été bien accueilli et le propriétaire a toujours répondu rapidement à nos messages.

Cet appartement est parfait pour une famille avec des petits enfants. Il est fonctionnel et bien situé sur la digue. Le living est agréable et lumineux, la cuisine bien équipée. De plus, les propriétaires répondent rapidement à toutes les questions et sont très serviables.

Très bel emplacement. Vue superbe, grande facilité pour accéder à la plage.
Appartement avec juste le nécessaire; manque un peu de modernité : remplacer les ampoules seules par des luminaires, réparer le néon a la porte fenêtre, changer les robinets de la cuisine et de la salle de bains par des mitigeurs car il y a danger réel de se brûler ,mettre un nouvelle tête de douche plus fonctionnelle apporteraient un plus.

Parfait. L'appartement correspond bien à sa description. Pour notre famille de 4 avec enfants en bas-âges et pour un long séjour une machine à laver pourrait être un plus mais salon lavoir dans la rue en contre-bas(donc pas de soucis). Tram à deux pas pour aller dans le centre. Gd Delaize tout près. Boulangerie à 2min à pied. Sur la digue et petite dune juste à côté!!!!! Nous sommes très contant et n'hésiterons pas à revenir pour un prochain séjour.

Fully equipped apartment with a small Downer

The apartment is beautifully located directly on the sea dike in little traffic. The beach in front of the House is very spacious and clean. The House is very quiet. The apartment is well equipped. In the kitchen you will find coffee machine, toaster, fridge and a separate freezer, but unfortunately no dishwasher. However, the third bedroom with a bunk bed is not really a full-fledged space, but rather a 1.8 x 2 M small hallway niche without windows, in which a bunk bed was made and which is separated only by a curtain from the hall; one who is located there, is permanently disturbed when another enters the hall. However, there are at least 2 beds for those something don't mind. A further downside is that there is no parking to the apartment. You have to place your car somewhere on the street or a public parking lot. The cleaning you must care yourself. The landlord is offering unfortunately no cleaning charge. Overall a decent apartment for families with 2 children or if necessary up to 4 children. We have well marked us in any case in July there.
