La casa es una vivienda agradable para dos familias. Salvo por algunas dificultades (con el calentador de agua, con la cama litera y con uno de los aparatos de aire acondicionado), todo ha ido muy bien. El trato con el propietario y con las personas de contacto en la isla ha sido fácil y muy correcto. Si se acometen algunas pequeñas reparaciones, la vivienda y la isla son muy recomendables
