For rent two air-conditioned fully furnished bedroom apartment at Pereybere. The apartment with swimming pool is 10 to 15 minutes walk to the public beach. Dining and living room with TV (some international channels), DVD, can be used for family gathering or just to relax on the couch. The Price includes , water, water -heater and internet unlimited.

Kitchen is well equipped with all necessary amenities like microwave, fridge, toaster, kitchen utensils, oven, washing machine, kettle etc…. And also a Safe Locker, Security Alarm + watchman 7/7, 24/24 is available. There are one bathroom and two toilets.

Airport Transfer, rental of car and bicycles, and also organising trip on catamaran all additional services available on request.

Many superlatives instantly come to mind when considering evaluating this residence including the open roomy layout of both the ground and upstairs floors, high quality appliances – cooking stove, microwave, refrigerator, air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and living room and washing machine. Not to mention the good quality television picture and reception and the high-quality internet and excellent signal. the small, cozy complex also has a communal pool for cooling off. The property is located off the main roads in a quiet neighbourhood with no street noise. If peace and quiet is what you are looking for, then this is where you will find it.

All the above mentioned are better than many places we have been; and qualities anyone will appreciate in a rental, long term or short term. Security is excellent with padlocks as well as door locks on both outside doors, locks on inside doors, and an alarm system that can be set when leaving the premises. The colourful décor is very tasteful, cheerful and bright and gives a positive vibe and atmosphere at all times. A perfect environment for someone on holiday to revive your spirit from the dreary, hum-drum of everyday life and stress back home. Just experiencing the positive atmosphere and cool temperature of this apartment will revive your spirits. I certainly feel invigorated every time I step into the cool air-conditioned apartment after a day outside in the heat and humidity.

The location is not on the beach, but is within easy walking distance to it and to local markets, but expect to sweat a little because of the humidity. Reasonably cheap busses and more expensive taxis are available for more distant destinations.

The owner is meticulous, a perfectionist, provides high quality and timely support with attention to detail and does follow-up checks to assure what needed to be done was done. He is friendly, knowledgeable, willing to help, and concerned about the ease and comfort of his tenants. Both him and his wonderful wife are quality people with impeccable character and a level of reliability that is unequaled. They collected us from the airport, drove us around and showed us the locations of all the necessary amenities, before taking us to our new home.

We have been here two weeks, plan to stay 3 months. Based on our initial impressions, and evaluating on a basis of 0 to 5, we will give double that, a definite 10!!!

J'ai passé un bon moment dans cette maison.

Le logement est conforme à la description, bien équipé et agencé, tout est là et je n'ai manqué de rien.
Le jardin commun donne un côté très sympa, il rend le café matinal sur la terrasse encore plus agréable. De plus, le quartier est très calme et agréable, à une dizaine de minutes de marche de la plage de Péreybère.
Douche électrique (et donc chaude), clim, piscine, bonne connexion internet... Tout est là.
En prime, les propriétaires sont très prévenants et toujours disponibles, en plus d'être honnêtes (j'allais laisser le montant de la garantie par mégarde, ils me l'ont rappelé alors qu'ils pouvaient partir avec).

Nous avons passé 4 mois mémorables dans cette résidence bien située, entretenue et calme, avec jardin et piscine agréables.
La petite plage abritée de Pereybere (une des plus belle de l’île en couleurs), ainsi que les commerces de la route principale, sont à 15 min maximum à pied.
L'appartement récemment rénové, à la décoration colorée et soignée, est très bien aménagé (rien ne manque en équipement cuisine, salon, internet wifi), et sécurisé (petit coffre disponible). A l'étage, la chambre principale avec balcon est grande (clim + ventilateur plafonnier) ; la 2è beaucoup plus petite, également climatisée, convient à des enfants (lits superposés).
Les propriétaires Shan et Rachida sont d'une rare bienveillance, aux petits soins avec leurs hôtes, toujours disponibles et attentionnés.
La présence et la gentillesse des gardiens de la résidence Ruppert et Sheila, contribuent à la sérénité des lieux et à l'authenticité d'un séjour inoubliable.

The most sincere and wonderful owners made us feel right at home! The house is in a quiet neighborhood, safe - excellent security and have all the items you will need in the kitchen etc.
Most beautiful beach @ Pereybere and close to Grand Bie - what more can a tourist ask. Close to local shops. Shan, the owner went out of his way to make us feel at home, showing us around town, always just a phone call away - he's our 'big brother' in MU! If you want to experience MU in a real traditional local style, yet modern - this is the place to stay!

We were realy looked after by the Landlord and his lovery wife. The little house we stayed un was super clean and had everything we needed.The second bedroom is very small but the main bedroom is realy nice.The swimming pool fine for for a dip and the local beach?.Small but very nice, turn right when you get to the beach (30 meters) and there is a great spot for swimming If you dont mind the long walk down to the beach.I recomend it to anyone looking for a quite laid back holiday

This property was ideal for my requirements

I stayed here with my wife for two weeks and found everything I needed was included. Very well equipped kitchen and really liked the modern contemporary finish in the main bedroom. The apartment overall was also well equipped & secure (even has a small safe-box) & on-site watchman

Ideal as a base to explore the local resort & easy to relax in too as the complex has a shared pool

As it was only the 2 of us we had plenty of space
Shan also a pleasure to deal with & no problems arranging things

J'ai agréablement bien commencé l'année dans ce superbe appartement de résidence à Pereybère, situé dans un endroit calme où il fait bon vivre!! rien ne manque , il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour y être à l'aise; de plus les propriétaires Eshan et son épouse que je salue avec ferveur, sont d'une extrême gentillesse; leur accueil très chaleureux m'a énormément touché: j'ai vraiment hâte d'y retourner lors d'un prochain voyage;
