Here you can enjoy an unforgettable impressive panoramic view: the horizon has a great all around view of the breathtaking mountain landscape to the wide valley views of the majestic Maiella mountain range and the stunning Gran Sasso massif (Central Italy's highest mountain). Comfortable apartment on the Italian Adriatic coast, Abruzzo with large sun terrace and private pool.The apartment is located in a romantic country house Abruzzo. You will find peace in a friendly atmosphere, but in 20 minutes by car ,you can go to Adriatic beach also Maiella mountains.In Pescara Montesilvano you will find elegant seaside resorts with 10 km of open sandy beach, dunes and pine forests .. All for free!The cultural cities of Chieti, Penne, Pescara, can be reached easily and quickly. In the nearby town of Chieti you find a lot of restaurants, pizzerias, wine shops, local shops, shopping malls.Sports facilities ; tennis, golf, horse riding, diving and much more.Ideal for swimming , hiking , skiing and cultural holiday : The bustling business city of Pescara invites you to stroll , shop and dine. The Abruzzo region has a share of as much as 30% of their total over the largest natural reserve in Europe . Our guest house offers 120 m² of living space with large living room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and shower / wc and a large sun terrace ,space for 6 persons. In the 3 bedroom unit, special emphasis on good mattresses and beautiful bed linen was laid. Dining area provides an opportunity to relax or for a romantic dinner. The apartment has a unique, elegant and modern and fresh design and has its own creativity. The interior is very spacious with high ceilings, but welcoming, comfortable and with plenty of natural light. The apartment have separate entrances and access from the living room into the garden, a private outdoor patio, garden furniture and sun beds, Olive oil and tomato salsa (own production) The apartment is about 30 minutes from the international airport of Pescara in Abruzzo and a little over 2 hours from Rome. The historic medieval towns of Chieti and Penne are just 15 minutes by car. You can hike in the morning in the mountains / skiing - 30 minutes by car - and in the afternoon on the sandy beach of the Adriatic sun bathe or swim - 30 minute drive away also. Or explore the historic, medieval hill towns and villages, sailing from the award-winning marina Pescara, take the ferry to the beautiful Spalato Islands or even to Croatia or enjoy watching a glass of wine while enjoying the ever-changing mountain scenery. Other attractions include golf, winter sports and if you want to pamper yourself, you can try one of the spas of Abruzzo - the water in this area is famous for its medicinal and Entgiftungskräfte.Die National Park of Gran Sasso and Majella are only a short drive away.
