Description
We are not a b&b and not even a holiday home. We have a space available for the exclusive use of guests which includes a room with a private bathroom and a huge terrace where two people can comfortably stay.

Prices
40 Euros per night for two people and 30 euros for one person. We don't make a difference depending on a season, so staying with us in August is not more expensive than in October.
Other information
By car.The house is located in a peaceful setting, 3 km from the historic center of Colonnella, 6 km from the beaches of Martinsicuro, 10 km from the center of San Benedetto del Tronto and only 15 minutes from the highway exit.
Our accommodation will suit you if: -you are visiting the Marche and the Abruzzo-you want to go to the beach or detox from the smog and the city-you like nature and exploring the least obvious places-quality/price ratio has value for you
