Immersed in a vast agricultural valley cultivated with vines, olive trees, wheat and rich pastures. In a couple of hours by car you can reach Rome, Florence and the Adriatic Sea.
Surrounded by greenery, in a place outside the world but close to the main roads, in a wild countryside, La Collina degli Ulivi is a rustic farmhouse but equipped with all modern comforts. The house is an ideal place for holidays, relax and visit the art cities of Umbria: Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Orvieto, Spello, Todi.

.Ginestra is an apartment composed of a dining room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, bathroom and living room with sofa bed for a total of 4 guests;
.Cotoneaster is an apartment consisting of a dining room with kitchenette and sofa, bathroom, 2 double bedrooms and fireplace.
Several people traveling in the company of friends prefer a holiday home with more units where they can share time together in the common areas, such as the pool or the garden, but at the same time maintain their privacy in individual units.
