Logement au 1er étage d'une maison du centre ville d'yvoy le marron, contenant de grandes pièces, avec places de parking, terrasse et balcon. Propriétaire sur place, agréable et disponible. A 100m, de nombreux commerces de proximité : petit supermarché bien achalandé, boulangerie pâtisserie, boucher traiteur de qualité, café tabac loto, et un restaurant gastronomique. Situé à 15 minutes de Lamotte.

Le gite est neuf et très bien entretenu. Nous y venons chaque année depuis 3 ans et nous n'envisagerions pas d'en changer. Le prix est tout à fait raisonnable au vu des prestations.
