The penthouse has on one side a magnificent view on the sea and the nature park with its hiking trails. On the other side there is a panoramic view on the river "Segura" and the mountains.
All year round you can enjoy the sun on the large private roof terrace, from early in the morning until late at night.
All comfort is present to enjoy the Spanish outdoor life: outdoor kitchen with bbq, outdoor shower, lounge-seats, pergola-awning, garden tables and chairs, high bar stools and table for aperitifs, patio lighting, ...
The building has a garden with a large swimming pool, an integrated jacuzzi, a children's pool and a sunbathing area. There is also a privative parking space on a fenced parking lot. The elevator takes you from the ground floor to the front door of the penthouse.
The first bedroom has a double bed of 180 cm. The second bedroom has a double bed of 150 cm + a single height bed. The penthouse is equipped for a maximum of 5 people.
The first bathroom has a sink, toilet and a bath with built-in Jacuzzi and overlooks the sea and dunes.
