Nous avons adoré le gîte et leur propriétaires. Toujours disponibles et très bienveillants.
Le gîte est magnifique, avec une belle décoration. Nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite très bien, comme à la maison!

Quizás las mejores vacaciones de mi vida. Si te gusta la naturaleza y la tranquilidad, este es tu lugar. Cuando pienso en turismo rural, algo así es lo que imagino, pero no siempre es fácil de encontrar. Muy bien acondicionado para los niños (columpios, tobogán, cuna, habitación muy bien acondicionada, etc).
Por otro lado, Valerie tuvo detalles de los que ya es muy difícil ver por ahí.
En fin, que si puedo, repito.

We used the gite as a base for exploring the Normandy countryside by bike and had a great time. The Gite is excellent, clean and well-appointed. Valerie and Alban friendly and helpful.

This is a fantastic holiday let, especially for families with small children. It's well located away from roads, peaceful, set among greenery and trees, beautifully presented, well furnished, spacious and has everything we needed. The large garden with BBQ, loungers, swings, slide, swingball etc was so good for us and the children; there were plenty of toys for toddlers to supplement the mountain of plastic we seem to have to take with us everywhere we go.
Thanks to Valerie and Alban for welcoming us and looking after us. (We are still working through the delicious jam!)

La Clef des Champs ist ein wunderschönes, sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus im französischen Landhausstil. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt-selbst die Einkaufstasche stand bereit. Wir haben mit unseren 4 Kindern 14 sehr entspannte Tage dort verbracht. Eine vergleichbare Babyaustattung (Babybadewanne, Buggy, Babyphon, Wickeltisch, Pürierstab usw.) haben wir noch nie erlebt. Das einzige kleine Problem war, dass das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss nicht durch eine Tür getrennt ist und das Haus sehr hellhörig ist.

Avons passé 1 super semaine au gîte "La Clef des Champs" ! le gîte est spacieux et tout équipé. Beaucoup de sites à visiter aux alentours de ce havre de paix, les plages sont vastes et superbes. Le Cotentin est magnifique, à découvrir ! Le grand jardin nous a permis de nous relaxer. Très bon accueil des propriétaires, à l'écoute des vacanciers. Je recommande ce lieu de très bon rapport qualité/prix, pour un séjour magique en pleine nature.

An amazing gite - secluded, yet close to all necessary amenities. Great location - close to Coutances (lovely quaint town with superb public swimming pool), also just 25 minutes from an incredible beach. The gite itself was well-stocked, especially for children - swings in the very generous garden, two friendly chickens, a nursery with many toys, stairgates, highchairs, the lot! Hosts were lovely - we would definitely return.

Le gîte est situé dans un endroit calme et agréable. Idéal pour notre venue en famille (couple avec 2 jeunes enfants). De l'espace et du confort dans la pièce de vie principale, cuisine avec le matériel nécessaire à disposition, lit et équipement bébé(pas besoin de tout amener. Mes enfants ont apprécié l'espace dédié extérieur devant le gîte et la balade à proximité de la rivière.
La visite de Coutances et la découverte des plages fût un bon moment. Nous en avons profité pour visiter le musée Dior de Granville.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable ici. Le gîte est spacieux, comfortable, calme, et bien équipé. Un accueil chaleureux de Valérie et Alban (avec des fleurs, du cidre, de la confiture . . . ) . Ils étaient là quand nous avions des questions ou si nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Si vous aimez faire du vélo, les "voies vertes” sont assez près et très bonnes. Si vous avez des enfants, vous aurez tous ce dont vous avez besoin - même les nounours. Je peux recommander ce gîte avec beaucoup d’enthousiasme.

We highly recommend this gite, especially for families with small children. The owners were friendly and helpful and the situation was very pleasant and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay. The gite was very well equipped with lots of extras for small children, including toys and garden slides and swings etc. Lovely garden to sit and play in.

I spent 4 wonderful nights at this well located, immaculate gîte. The owners, Valerie and Alban,are excellent hosts. Everything from the initial contact through check out was flawless. They clearly love what they are doing and are very proud of their beautiful property. Both Valerie and Alban speak a little English and patiently put up with my terrible French. We had no difficulty communicating.
The gîte is extremely well equipped, including a large selection of toys for children. The gîte is in the country, so it is very peaceful, but it is convenient to all the sites in Normandy. It is just about an hour to the D Day beaches, Bayeux, and Le Mont Saint Michel. Shopping is close by, as are restaurants and a great food truck that shows up in a nearby village.
It is an excellent value, as it is very fairly priced.
Since staying here in early September 2015, I have stayed at a number of other gîtes throughout France, many of them costing much, much more. Only one was up to this standard; the rest have been dirty, smelly or both. I wish that all owners were as particular as this couple. This is THE place to stay.
The gîte is extremely well equipped, including a large selection of toys for children. The gîte is in the country, so it is very peaceful, but it is convenient to all the sites in Normandy. nous sommes revenus plusieurs jours mi septembre après être venu en week end au printemps car nous avons encore beaucoup de visites à faire dans cette région que j'adore, avec la mer à moins de 30 mn. le gite à la déco agréable campagne chic, spacieux, avec un joli jardin, calme, est très reposant, l'accueil chaleureux et l'équipement sympa, avec tout ce qu'il faut. je recommande.

We stayed at the house in early June with our two children aged 2 and 4. The gite is spacious, very well furnished with everything you need and very clean. The gardens are beautiful and our children loved playing in them. The owners are very helpful. We very much enjoyed our time there.

We stayed at this gîte for my husbands 30th birthday. It is in a beautiful location. The owners are very sweet and friendly but leave you alone to enjoy your stay. The gîte is tastefully decorated, full of books, DVDs and lots of cooking equipment. If you have children there is a lovely garden with swings and a slide. The kids room has a toybox and a cot, there is also a baby monitor and kids plates and cups. I really would recommend staying here. Location wise it is about an hour from the DDay beaches, Granville, Bayeux and mont st michel. All of which are worth a visit. It really is a lovely gîte and my husband had a perfect birthday there.
