This was a very well designed flat with superb views from an extensive terrace. We were made to feel very welcome by the host who also included a welcome package for us. The flat was light and tasteful, and though it was quite a new build with a newly decorated interior including large bathroom, it had a real sense of being French! It overlooked Quillan town which meant we had very peaceful and traffic-free evenings though we could walk there in just a few minutes, and visit the lido, the market, restaurants and bars, and the evening festivals. While we were without a car, the one euro train from Carcassone, with stations at various nearby villages, etc. was fantastic. There were walks and footpaths directly from the apartment too. What not to like?

My partner and I had a delightful week in this property in Quillan. Comfortable, fully equipped top floor accommodation with a stunning view to the Pyrenees. A delightful and charming, spotlessly clean and private top floor apartment with sun terrace and outdoor eating made this a laid back holiday destination. Great layout, comfortable living areas, TV and wi-fi and enormous bathroom added to the overall appeal. So many places to visit within a few hours's drive from this well situated holiday home. Will happily return.
