The holiday apartment we offer gives accommodation for two persons,
with one bedroom, a bathroom and a living room. In the living room you
will also find the open kitchen which is fully equipped with a washing
machine, refrigerator and all the basic needs.
The apartment sits on the 14th floor of the building, the living room
gives access to the large 18m2 terrace from which you have spectacular
views over the Mediterranean sea and mountains, giving you the sense
of freedom and peace.
In the neighborhood Rincon de Liox all the facilities are on your
doorstep; a supermarket, public transportation, restaurants, bars,
shops and even a medical center. The beach is just on a 5 minute walk.
in summer the use of the private swimming pool and tennis field is
allowed, free of charge and only to be shared with people staying in
the same building.
From our side, we like to provide the best service we can. We live in
benidorm ourselves and are happy to give any information or help
without a pricetag, making sure you have a pleasant stay.
